CARE Celebrates Achievement!

Once again our new General Manager Kerry Creech has proven that with Gods help anyone can overcome the adversity and trials of post incarceration! Today  Kerry was awarded the TCC Foundation - Clayton Homes BIT Scholarship and The Lillian & Howard Scholarship due to his outstanding academic achievement!
